This beautifully restored boutique resort boasts 14 luxurious designer rooms, a large dining room, a lounge/living room, an in-house restaurant, a swimming pool, and manicured lawns spread over 25,000 sq. ft.

Guest Comforts: The villa comprises 3 bedrooms, all on the ground floor, each equipped with air conditioning. One room has an attached bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom. All rooms feature king-sized beds, and extra mattresses can be provided on request. The bathrooms are well-appointed with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

The common areas include a living room that comfortably seats 9 people, offering a music system and TV for entertainment. The dining room accommodates 8 guests, while the terrace provides seating for up to 9 people. Outside, there is a 600 sq. ft. lawn with seating, inviting you to immerse yourself in nature. The property also features a 10x10 ft. plunge pool, perfect for refreshing swims (accessible until 10 PM).

Food & Dining: While guests do not have access to the kitchen, the caretaker can arrange for veg or non-veg meals from nearby restaurants at actual cost. Alternatively, guests can explore nearby dining options such as Jai Malhar, Namak Restaurant, Hotel Royal Gardens, and Sharda Farms. Non-vegetarian food consumption is allowed.

Access & Interaction: UNR2-337 is exclusively reserved for guests, ensuring their safety and privacy. There are no other guests allowed on the property during your stay. The villa is equipped with a generator, inverter, AC, TV, and games for your comfort. It also offers geysers, towels, toiletries, and a medical kit for added convenience. The property provides secure parking for up to 1 car.

Activities & Home Truths: Guests can enjoy a peaceful walk in nature or take a dip in the plunge pool. Indoor games like cards and ludo are available for entertainment.

Please note that the villa is relatively secluded and not wheelchair-accessible. CCTV cameras ensure external security. In case of power outages, the inverter supports lights and fans for up to 6 hours, and the generator powers ACs for the same duration. The property does not provide WiFi, but cellular networks such as Jio/Vi have good connectivity.
