Payments

Once you have chosen the dates and your booking has been confirmed by us, you will receive a payment link to process the payment. If you are unable to make an online payment, alternative payment methods are available.
Unfortunately, that option is not available. Our policy requires full payment to be made 7 days before the check-in date.
No, you do not need to pay any separate fees to the caretaker unless explicitly informed by the UnicornRooms Team in advance.
UnicornRooms charges a security deposit of Rs 10,000 for the duration of your stay as a guarantee. Any damages incurred to the property will be deducted from this deposit. Guests are required to pay the security deposit amount during check-in, and it will be refunded during check-out.

Amenities

Most of our properties are equipped to accommodate special guests, and we are actively working on making all our properties more suitable for such guests. If you have further questions, please consult your stay manager.
Yes! We welcome your furry companions. To ensure a pleasant stay for both you and your pet, prior permission is required, and a pet fee will be charged. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that the pet does not cause any damage to the property. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged accordingly.
If you opt for a meal arrangement from us, we offer a variety of cuisines at our villas, subject to the availability of the chef, ingredients, and equipment.

Terms and Conditions

Guests are permitted to use all amenities and facilities on the property, but they do so at their own risk. Any damages caused to the property or its amenities will be the guest's responsibility. Guests are expected to avoid disturbing the neighbors, and playing loud music near the pool is prohibited after 10 pm. Smoking and the consumption or possession of drugs are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in the termination of the stay and a police complaint being filed. Additionally, there may be additional house rules that will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Booking

All cancellations are subject to cancellation charges, which are as follows:
a) Before 21 days: 50% of the amount will be charged.
b) Before 15 days: 75% of the amount will be charged.
c) Before 10 days: 100% of the amount will be charged. In case of cancellations or modifications, clients must communicate through email for the cancellation to be considered.
