• An expansive living room on the ground level with comfortable sofa-style seating for up to 6 people.
• Chic wooden decor, AC, TV, wired music system, and CCTV camera for security.
• Lush green lawn covering about 2000 sq. ft. with seating arrangements, including a table, chairs, hammock, and gazebo for dining.
• Private outdoor pool (10x18 sq. ft., 5 ft. deep) for relaxation and quality time with friends and family.
• Quaint watchtower on the premises to capture the beautiful sunset hues.

KITCHEN

• Access to the main pod kitchen for tea, coffee, and instant noodles preparation.
• Equipped with microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, kettle, and induction plate.
• Crockery and cutlery provided, and the caretaker may charge a nominal fee for dishwashing.

FOOD

• All meals can be provided in-house on a la carte basis with a local touch and freshly sourced ingredients.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Guests can also order in or take away from nearby eateries.

HOME TRUTHS

• The road leading to the villa may not be concrete.
• Secluded location; not wheelchair or pet-friendly.
• Generator support for appliances during power outages for up to 48 hours.
• Guests are advised to place food orders at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
• No restaurants within an 8 km. radius, and delivery services may not be available.
• No Wi-Fi, but mobile networks work fairly well.
• Caretaker available from 9 AM to 10 PM.
• Guests are advised to stay on the villa premises after 9 PM due to forest surroundings and presence of wild animals.
• Increased sanitization may affect early check-ins and late check-outs.
• Doors and windows should be shut after 4 PM due to insects.
• CCTV cameras for security near the entrance and pool area.
