• The property is not responsible for any illegal activity or loud music reported to the police.
• All pending payments should be settled during check-in at the villa.
• For swimming, a costume is mandatory, and food or drinks are not allowed in the pool.
• Kitchen service and caretaker availability are until 11:00 PM.
• A refundable security deposit of INR 10,000 needs to be paid during check-in.
