• - There is a spacious living room on the ground floor of the villa. It offers sofa-style seating arrangements.

• - The villa boasts sprawling lawns at the front and back, 5000 sq. ft. and 5500 sq. ft. in size respectively.

• - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 8 hours.
