Rules:

• Occupancy Limit: The rental property has a specific maximum occupancy limit, as stated in the booking confirmation. Additional people beyond this limit are not allowed.
• Additional Charges: If the number of people staying in the villa does not exceed its hosting capacity, there will be extra charges of ₹5,000 per person per night.
• Valuables: Guests are advised to use safety lockers for their valuables. The management and staff cannot assume responsibility for misplaced items.
• Lost Keys: If any keys are lost, the lock cylinders will be replaced by a locksmith for safety reasons, and guests will be billed for the actual cost.
• Staff Rest Time: All staff are entitled to at least 10 hours of rest time within a 24-hour period. Between 1 am and 7 am, all staff must retire to their rooms.
  
  Dining:
• Chef Service: Guests can enjoy the services of a chef. Ingredients and groceries will be charged based on actual usage, and bills will be provided accordingly.
• A complimentary grocery run is offered once a day.
• Local Restaurants: Guests have the option to order food from local restaurants in Goa or dine at them. They can contact the concierge team for reservations.
