• The villa is located in Siolim, which is conveniently situated around 15 to 20 minutes away from famous restaurants in Anjuna and Assagao. It's also approximately 30 minutes from popular beaches like Vagator, Anjuna, and Morjim.

Housekeeping & Services:

• Housekeeping includes daily cleaning of the apartment between 10 am to 6 pm.
• Towels and linen are provided during your stay. However, changes are made only upon request and typically after every 3 nights to conserve water.

Meals:

• The pricing does not include meals, but the hosts can help arrange a cook/chef for you, whom you pay directly for their services (groceries are on actuals). The making charge depends on your requirements. Alternatively, Swiggy can deliver food to the building.

Monthly Stays:

• If you plan for an extended stay, the hosts offer generous monthly discounts. However, you would need to bear the cost of utilities such as Wi-Fi, Tata Sky, water, electricity, and laundry of linen and towels during your extended stay.
