• High-Speed Internet: All rooms have high-speed internet.
• Inverter Backup: In case of a power outage, there is an inverter backup that can provide power for fans, basic lights, Wi-Fi, and one charging point for approximately 4 to 6 hours (no GENSET).
• Villa & Pool Size: The super built-up area is 1648 sq. ft, the carpet area is 1315 sq. ft, and the pool size is 12 ft x 8 ft.

Location:

• The villa is located in Siolim, which is approximately 15 to 20 minutes away from popular restaurants in Anjuna and Assagao.
• It's about 30 minutes away from famous beaches like Vagator, Anjuna, and Morjim.

Housekeeping & Services:

• Housekeeping service includes daily cleaning between 10 am to 6 pm.
• Towels and linen are provided, but they are changed only upon request, with a maximum of every 3 nights, to conserve water.

Meals:

• Meals are not included in the pricing, but the villa can help arrange a cook/chef for you, and you can pay them directly for their services. Groceries are on actuals, and there's a "making" charge depending on your requirements. Alternatively, you can use food delivery services like Swiggy.

Monthly Stays:

• Generous monthly discounts are offered for long stays. For these discounts, guests are responsible for bearing the cost of utilities such as Wi-Fi, Tata Sky (TV), water, electricity, and laundry of linen and towels.

Network:

• Jio network works well in the building, but Vodafone and Airtel have limited range.
