Welcome to UNRH-532, a private estate spread across a massive 15 acres in the tranquil Mashobra, offering a serene and secluded retreat at an altitude of 7500 ft. The estate boasts breathtaking panoramas of the soaring mountains on one side and the lush valleys on the other, creating a perfect blend of serenity and natural beauty. The mansion is surrounded by forested expanses of UNRH-532 and Oak, providing a calming and peaceful atmosphere.

UNRH-532 is truly special because of its prime location and elevation, offering stunning 360-degree landscapes of the deodar and oak forests. The contemporary and modern furnishings add to the opulence of the interiors, while the sprawling lawns with hand-carved benches and a treehouse create a captivating outdoor experience. For your absolute comfort, we provide a generator, heater, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch, washing machine, geysers, towels, toiletries, medical kit, mosquito repellent, barbecue kit, bar, bonfire, and secured parking space for up to 8 cars.

The estate features 5 well-furnished bedrooms, each offering comfortable king-sized beds, heater, Wi-Fi access, and stunning views of the gardens and forest. Four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and one room has a separate entrance and an electric blanket. Three bedrooms have a walk-in closet, and two rooms on the lower ground floor offer a private furnished balcony.

There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room, all equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. Three bathrooms offer a separate dressing area.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen, but we offer various food options, including breakfast, soup and snacks, vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunch/dinner, all available at additional costs. The hosts also curate specialized catered experiences for guests, which need to be booked in advance.

We can provide accommodation for 2 male and 2 female staff members at an additional cost, and they will be accommodated in staff quarters on the property.

Please note that guests do not have access to the entire 15-acre property, but they have access to the entire villa and outdoor areas. The indoor fireplaces in the bedrooms are for decorative purposes only. There are two friendly dogs on the estate, and the ground floor is wheelchair accessible. All-male groups are not allowed, and the property is not pet-friendly. In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances, with an additional cost for generator use after the first hour. All mobile networks work well in the area, and guests are advised to keep noise to a minimum after midnight. Caution is advised while stepping out after dark due to the presence of wild creatures around. Linens will be changed every 4th day due to water shortages, and children must be supervised at all times for safety.
